Personal information protection policy<\/h1>\n\n\n
V-Cube recognizes the importance of the personal information it has \nobtained and has established a system for the protection of such \ninformation. They include information on users of V-CUBE (hereinafter \nreferred to as \u201cthis service\u201d), a visual communication service provided \nby V-Cube, shareholders of V-Cube, people who enquired about V-Cube or \napplied for a job with V-Cube and current employees of V-Cube \n(hereinafter collectively known as \u201cour customers\u201d). We shall explain \nthe way we manage personal information in this personal information \nprotection policy.<\/p>\n\n\n
1\uff0eAcquisition of personal information<\/h2>\n\n\n
In applying for the use of this service, V-Cube requires a minimum \namount of personal information from the customers necessary for the \ndelivery of this service. Information includes the applicant\u2019s name, \ntelephone number, email address and credit card number (*) which \ncustomer can fill in by using the application form, send via email or \nthrough the form (hereinafter referred to as \u201cinput form\u201d), on V-Cube\u2019s \nwebsite.\n In the event whereby V-Cube receives enquiries about the company \nor applications for jobs within the company, V-Cube shall obtain the \nminimum amount of personal information required for responding to \nenquiries or consideration of the applicants such as name, telephone \nnumber and email address, from the input form, email or other \nrecruitment documents. V-Cube shall not use the personal information for\n any purposes other than that stipulated in Clause 2.\n \n \u203bCustomer\u2019s credit card number is obtained only when customers have opted for payment by credit card.\n<\/p>\n\n\n
2\uff0ePurposes for using personal information<\/h2>\n\n\n
1) Information on users of this service\n \u3000a) For issue of quotation, conclusion of contract, delivery, request for costs and usage fees of this service\n \u3000b) For after-sales service such as delivery, maintenance or improvement of this service\n \u3000c) For delivery of information related to new products\/service of this service\n \u3000d) For advertisement, survey and market research used by V-Cube\u2019s partnering companies or organization\n \u3000e) For the creation and use of statistical data containing \ninformation and log data related to records of use of this service, and \ninformation provided to V-Cube when applying for this service (however, \ninformation specified by the individual shall not be included in the \nstatistical data)\n \u3000f) For cancelling the use of this service to users who have \nviolated the terms and conditions of the use of this service such as \nlate payment of usage fees, or cause damage to a third party.\n \u3000g) For the viewing of usage status, viewing or revision of registration information related to the use of this service\n \u3000h) For the management of enquires related to the use of this service\n \u3000i) For confirmation of the identity of the person concerned\n \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2) Information on shareholder or person who has made enquiries about V-Cube\n \u3000a) For shareholder management such as preparation of shareholder data as stipulated by law\n \u3000b) For the implementation of various measures such as survey or shareholder preference scheme\n \u3000c) For responding to enquiries\n \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3) Information on people who have applied for jobs with V-Cube through recruitment activities and employees of V-Cube\n \u3000a) For the selection of candidate\n \u3000b) For the hiring procedures during recruitment\n \u3000c) For notifying the various Ministries on matters pertaining to personnel management, human resource management\n<\/p>\n\n\n
3. Provision of personal information to third party<\/h2>\n\n\n
V-Cube shall not, with the exception of the following cases, disclose\n or provide personal information to a third party without obtaining the \nprior consent of our customers.\n 1. Where it is required under the law\n 2. Where it is required for the protection of human lives, body or\n assets, or where it is difficult to obtain the consent of our customer\n 3. Where it is required that government agencies, local municipal \nentities or consignee collaborate in enforcing an act stipulated by law,\n or where obtaining consent from our customer would obstruct the \nenforcement of the act stipulated by law or add to the possibility of \nits obstruction.\n 4. Where it is difficult to obtain the consent of our customer who\n has violated the terms and conditions of use of this service and V-Cube\n recognizes that it is necessary to protect the rights and assets of \nV-Cube or a third party and to ensure the seamless delivery of the \nservice.\n<\/p>\n\n\n
4\uff0eSecurity<\/h2>\n\n\n
The input form contains a standard SSL encryption used in the \nindustry to protect data transmission. V-Cube shall implement reasonable\n and appropriate safety measures to protect personal information against\n losses, defamation, damage, revision, leakage or divergence to an \nexternal party as well as implement continual improvement measures.<\/p>\n\n\n
5\uff0eManagement of subcontractor<\/h2>\n\n\n
V-Cube shall, within the scope that is required for delivery of the \nintended purposes of use, consign to an external party the management of\n personal information. However during the consignment, V-Cube shall \nselect a subcontractor that is evaluated to be capable of managing \npersonal information appropriately. Furthermore, V-Cube shall provide \ncustomers\u2019 personal information to the subcontractor only when it is \nrequired for delivery of the intended purposes of use and bound the \nsubcontractor to a contract that dictates the appropriate management of \npersonal information. V-Cube shall also conduct regular evaluations of \nthe performance of the subcontractor.<\/p>\n\n\n
6\uff0eRequest for disclosure or revision of personal information and termination of its use<\/h2>\n\n\n
In the event that the customer request for disclosure or revision \n(revision, addition, or deletion) of personal information and \ntermination (termination of use or delivery or deletion) of its use, \nV-Cube shall verify with the requester appropriately and effect the \nchange promptly. However, if the revision is made to address an error in\n the personal information held by V-Cube, or if the termination of use \nwill violate the contents of agreement or disclosure, separate requests \ncan be submitted.
